Called them out to give an opiniom on my Truma water heater. Dealer advised me it needed a new PCB board costing nearly £200. Missions came out and within 5 mins had fixed the problem for just a £45 call out charge and not fitted any new part
.
They will be servicing my van from now on.

So I contacted my dealer who couldn\'t fit me in
-- but gave me the telephone number of a mobile fitter they use
-- \"Missions Impossible Ltd\" prop -John Doman
-- he asked me to do a couple of simple checks
-- and came to the conclusion that the 240 v element had gone
-- on my way he said !!
Can I go over to the dealers with the details of the fridge and get a 240 V element ?
-- John was 40 mile away
-- and by the time I had been and gotten the element he would be at the caravan!!
Great -- I went to get the element and by the time I got back the fridge was out and being worked on --
Problem !! the element I had gotten was the wrong one
-- spade connectors and not a PCB connector!!
OK on the way back to change it
-- in the mean time John had seen that my gas regulator was too low
-- sludge etc -- so he was fixing that while away
-- 40 mins round trip
-- got the correct lead and element
-- with PCB ends --
When I had got back regulator was done
-- and we installed the element --getting warm !!!
Tried it on gas --
All this started at 9 am and by 12 he had gone
-- to fit a motor mover on someones caravan
I bought a 12 V sandwich maker from his van!!
how much was all this
£24 for the element
-- £15 for the sandwich maker
-- Time and labour etc £55
Not bad I thought..
He also does mobile caravan servicing as well
